Receptionist/Scheduling Coordinator/Clinic Assistant
Andi has been with Sepic Orthodontics since March of 2020. You will most likely see Andi in our Pleasant Hills and Peter's Township Offices at the front desk. Andi is also trained to assist Dr. Sepic in the clinic, do Invisalign scans and x-rays. What she loves best about working at Sepic Orthodontics is working with kids and getting to see how happy the patients get when we take off their braces. In Andi's spare time, she enjoys spending time outside, reading books and working out. Andi also is very close with her family and has a lot of cousins. In her free time, she likes to spend it most with her family. When you see Andi, she would love any new book suggestions.

As treatment coordinator, Missy ensures a smooth transition for new patients into the practice. She began working in the dental field in 2005 and began with us in 2015. Her favorite part of her job is seeing patients get their braces off and walk out with a big "Sepic Smile". She says Dr. Ron Sepic changed her life when she had braces with him and she is so excited about continuing the family tradition of spreading confidence with beautiful smiles with his son, Dr. Chris Sepic. Missy is married, has four children, and two grandchildren. She enjoys knitting in her spare time.

Darla L.
Office Manager and Financial & Insurance Coordinator
Darla, who has been with Sepic Orthodontics since 1997, is our office manager and is also in charge of the financial matters for the office, including accounts payable and receivable, insurance claims, and payroll. She excels at helping patients handle the insurance paperwork and making payment arrangements with families, always finding workable solutions. Enjoying time with her husband, Sam, Darla likes following sports, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins.
Linda L.
Financial
Linda is one of the financial personnel at Sepic Orthodontics. She helps patients and their families design flexible payment schedules that allow for proper orthodontic treatment. She also verifies all insurance coverage prior to a patient’s first appointment and sometimes answers the phones, too. Linda enjoys seeing the smiles on the day that braces are removed. When not in the office, Linda spends time with her husband and two children, cooking, and gardening.
Crystal M.
Clinic Assistant
Crystal started with Sepic Orthodontics in 2020. In the office, you will find Crystal in the clinic helping assist Dr. Sepic with patients at the chair. What she enjoys most about working at Sepic Orthodontics is caring about helping others, and loves seeing patients' smiles transform. Crystal enjoys easing patients' potential anxieties and building trust. She says that this bond encourages patients to keep their smiles healthy.
For Crystal’s spare time, she likes spending time with family, especially her kids Logan, Tegan and McKinley. She tries to keep active in Tegan’s football boosters and enjoys family walks and bike riding. Crystal says she also enjoys relaxing on her deck and swimming with the kids at home. She also likes going on family trips with a goal of taking her kids to all of the 50 states before Tegan graduates high school.
Crystal has two pets. A white Goldendoodle named Rocco and a brindle named Crunch.
Crystal says, “Good communication is the number one factor in a successful team. There are a lot of moving parts in the orthodontic clinic, and making sure everyone is on the same page is key. Our daily check-ins and huddles definitely keep everyone on the same page. The relationship and rapport our team has keeps us moving forward together. I really enjoy the family atmosphere and how close we are as a team.”

Lauren started with Sepic Orthodontics in 2022. In the office, you will see Lauren in the clinic helping assist Dr. Sepic with patients at the chair. What Lauren likes best about working at Sepic Orthodontics is being able to expand her knowledge in Orthodontics and learning new things every day. She also loves giving patients beautiful smiles! Lauren has an amazing husband Jalen with whom she enjoys spending her days with and laughing, as he's her entire world. They have a son, Jalen Jr., daughter, Mia Bella and two dogs named Thor and Tito. Lauren loves to sit back and relax on the beach. You will find that Lauren enjoys to socialize and make people laugh!

Starting at Sepic Orthodontics in 2012, Nicole is one of the first people that a new patient sees. She takes the records of the teeth before and after treatment. The best part about her job is seeing the transformation of a patient's smile and the happiness it brings them. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, taking care of her two, wonderful children, hanging out with her family and friends, traveling, and being outside with her dog Miah.

Clinic Assistant
Chelsea started with Sepic Orthodontics in 2020 and says she loves that we are all a team! In the office, you will find Chelsea in the clinic assisting Dr. Sepic, monitoring proper sterilization, and ordering. She has her Associates Degree in Business, and is happily married to her husband since 2019. With her husband driving a dirt crate late model, her Saturday's are always occupied in the summer. Chelsea loves all Pittsburgh sporting events; Pirates, Penguins and Steelers! Chelsea is also studying to become X-ray certified.

Clinic Assistant
Savannah has been with Sepic Orthodontics since 2018. What she loves the most about the office is the atmosphere and excitement in the patients when starting treatment and the excitement we get to see when they get everything off. Savannah has a labradoodle named Cheddar (Cheddar Bay Biscuits). In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family and friends, going to concerts , snowboarding , and traveling. She says the group she works with has become not only co-workers but family, and she feels very blessed to be working with such an amazing group of people!

Lainie has been in the orthodontic field for over 13 years and with Sepic Orthodontics since 2021. She loves the way Dr. Sepic takes the time each patient needs with him as he explains treatment plans in such a detailed manner, which helps make the patients feel comfortable right from the start. She also loves seeing our patients finish their treatment and walk out very happy with a beautiful, new Sepic Smile! Lainie loves listening to music, especially live music, reading and cupcakes! She says she's so lucky to work with an amazing group of people whom have become fast friends and great coworkers. Something interesting that most people don't know about her is that she has gone skydiving.

Cassie started with Sepic Orthodontics in 2023. She is one of the first you will see when entering our offices or perhaps is the voice you hear on the other end of the line when calling us. What Cassie likes best about working at Sepic Orthodontics are all the smiles and says, "Use your smile to change the world, never let the world change your smile." Cassie has a daughter Aylah, and they are an animal loving family! Cassies says to name a pet and they probably have either had it, have it currently or are going to have it at some point. Outside of the office, Cassie enjoys shopping, coaching gymnastics and traveling. She is always excited to meet past, present and future patients and hopes to make their experience more memorable.
Kevin O.
Lab Technician
Kevin works in the laboratory, pouring the models, making retainers, bending the wires for the orthodontic appliances, soldering, and performing light maintenance. He loves seeing the end result of treatments: the bright smile on the patient’s face. Kevin and his wife, Wanda, live in Fairchance, with their dogs. He is active in his church, where he runs the sound equipment and sings. Kevin is also active in training bird dogs.
Jonathan G.
Marketing Coordinator
Jonathan started working with Sepic Orthodontics part-time back in 2005 in our lab while he was obtaining his degree in Elementary Education and Masters in Principal and Administration. After teaching for 10 years, he decided to make a career change into marketing. Since 2020, Jonathan has been full-time with us as our Marketing Coordinator. In the office, you might see him taking videos and photos and doing a lot behind the scenes; creating ways for us to give our patients an exceptional experience. What he loves best about working at Sepic Orthodontics is being with a team that is family oriented and lots of fun! In his spare time, he enjoys tennis, traveling and being in the outdoors with his Mini Goldendoodle, Jackson.
